We collect the following information when you use QR Party:

• Account information including email address and display name when you register.
• Event data including event names, dates, locations, and details you enter.
• Guest data including RSVP responses and attendance information submitted by guests.
• Payment information processed securely by Google Play or Apple App Store — we do not store your payment card details.
• Device information including device type, operating system, and app version for crash reporting and support.
• Usage data including features used and actions taken within the App to improve the product.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the QR Party service.
• To send event notifications and running-late alerts you initiate.
• To process subscription payments through Google Play and Apple App Store.
• To respond to support requests.
• To improve the App based on usage patterns.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Google Firebase for authentication, database, and cloud storage services.
• Google Play and Apple App Store for subscription payment processing.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications you opt into.

Guest Data

When guests scan a QR code to RSVP, they may provide their name and RSVP status. This information is visible to the event host. Guests who do not create an account provide only what they enter on the RSVP screen.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below. Event data is deleted when the host deletes the event.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
• Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

Children

QR Party is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us immediately.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including Firebase Authentication and encrypted data transmission. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or sending an email to your registered address.
