These Terms of Service govern your use of QR Party Events, operated by Klaus Custom Studio LLC. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
QR Party is provided for lawful personal and business use. You may not use the App to:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
QR Party offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store according to their respective terms.
Subscription prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are handled according to Google Play and Apple App Store policies.
The Personal tier of QR Party is free forever with no ads. We reserve the right to modify free tier features with reasonable notice to users.
As a host, you are responsible for how you use guest data collected through QR Party. You agree not to use guest information for purposes other than the event for which it was collected.
QR Party and its content are owned by Klaus Custom Studio LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
QR Party is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be available at all times or free from errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KCS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monterey County, California.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
